Returns:

We understand there may be occasions where you order items in error. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, unopened (including that little silver seal, perforated shrink band, and any sticker seal), in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund. Any refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).

To make a return please fill out the form below, write the RA number provided to you by customer support on your original packing slip, and return items securely packaged with a copy of your packing slip to the address provided by customer support.  Provided by customer support.

Shipping:

We offer expedited shipping options (availability and cost vary based on the location). You can place orders on nolaskinsentials.com at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please be aware that COTHlife currently only ships within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

International Shipping:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping, refunds, or exchanges at this time. For international customers, we recommend reaching out to your original place of purchase for assistance.
